What we promise

Wear it for 100 days. If nobody says a word — no “nice cap”, no “where did you get that” — send it back and we refund you in full. No forms, no questions.

How to return

1. Email contact@haringtonandco.com with your order number (it's in your confirmation email).
2. We send you a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
3. Drop the parcel off. Refund to your original payment method within 5 business days of it reaching us.

The 100 days start the day the parcel is delivered. Two caps ordered, one coming back? Fine — we refund that one.

Wrong colour? Keep it.

If you'd rather have another colour, tell us which one. We send it, you keep both. Once per order, no questions asked — as long as the colour is still in stock.

Buckles for life

If a buckle ever breaks — this year or in ten — email us a photo and we send a new cap. No return needed.

Damaged or wrong item

Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. Replacement or full refund, your choice, no return needed.
