Order two caps and shipping is on us, everywhere we deliver. A single cap pays standard shipping — the exact amount shows at checkout before you pay.

United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and the European Union.

How long

• Dispatch: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Delivery: 6–10 business days, all zones. Peak periods and customs checks can add a few days.

Tracking

You get a tracking link by email the moment the parcel leaves. It updates within 24–48 hours.

Taxes and duties

In the UK and EU, prices include VAT. In the US and Canada, sales tax is added at checkout where applicable. In Australia, GST is included. Duties may apply outside the US, UK and EU depending on local rules; they are the recipient's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Address changes

Email us right away. We can change the address until the parcel ships, not after.

Lost or damaged

No tracking movement for 10 business days, or a damaged parcel? Email us. Replacement or refund.
