The 100-Day Compliment Guarantee

Wear the cap for up to 100 days from delivery. If it doesn't earn a compliment — or for any other reason — email us and we refund the full price to your original payment method. No forms, no questions.

How to return

1. Email contact@haringtonandco.com with your order number.
2. We send a prepaid return label within 1 business day.
3. Drop the parcel off. Refund within 5 business days of it reaching us; your bank may take a further 5–10 business days to show it.

Condition

The cap can be worn. We only ask that it comes back clean, undamaged and, where possible, in its pouch.

Wrong colour

Once per order, if you would rather have another colour, email us and we send it at no charge; you keep the original. Subject to stock. This is in addition to the return right above.

Buckle warranty

If a side buckle breaks at any time, email us a photo of the damage and we send a replacement cap at no charge. No return of the damaged cap is required.

Partial returns

Ordered two caps and keeping one? Return one and we refund that one. Because the second cap is free with the first, the refund is the price paid divided by two.

Damaged or wrong item

Email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. Replacement or full refund, your choice — no return needed.

Cancellations

Full refund at any time before your order ships. Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days, so email us quickly.

Your legal rights

This guarantee is in addition to your rights under the consumer laws of your country, including any statutory right to withdraw from a distance sale.
