These Terms govern your use of haringtonandco.com (the “Site”) and any purchase made through it. The Site is operated by ALAE CAPITAL LTD, trading as Harington & Co. By placing an order you accept these Terms.
We sell flat caps. Our standing offer is two caps for one price, with shipping, a cotton pouch and a cap brush included; the offer, colours and prices shown on the Site at the time of order apply. Colours are produced in limited runs and may sell out without notice. Product photos are as accurate as screens allow; washed denim varies slightly from piece to piece.
Prices are shown in the currency of your selected country and include VAT or GST where the law requires it. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and its supported methods. We may cancel an order and refund you if a price was displayed in error or an item is unavailable.
See our Shipping page. Delivery estimates are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Every order is covered by the 100-Day Compliment Guarantee described in our Returns & Refund Policy, in addition to your statutory rights.
Once per order, if you would rather have another colour, we send it at no charge and you keep the original, subject to stock. If a side buckle breaks at any time, we send a replacement cap at no charge on receipt of a photo. Details in our Returns & Refund Policy.
You agree to provide accurate, current information for your order. We may refuse or cancel orders we suspect are fraudulent or placed by resellers.
All content on the Site — text, photographs, logos, layout — belongs to ALAE CAPITAL LTD or its licensors. You may not reproduce it without written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under your local consumer law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Yukon Territory and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms; the version in force is the one published on the Site when you order.
